The Link Scheme is a community based initiative that aims to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged elderly or infirm people by providing a structured GOOD neighbour service delivered by volunteers from within the local community. With the help of volunteers. we offer to take folk to hospital, the doctors, shopping and some small tasks that haved proved difficult for our clients (changing light bulbs perhaps).
