The company is managed by co-directors Janet Shapland and Michele Way, both of whom have worked across a broad range of companies in a variety of business sectors. Janet has experience in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Telephone Sales and Training, whilst Michele has worked as an office manager, mostly in new start-ups and therefore has many years experience of small business management and procedures.
