Valley Football Match

01/01/2010 - 11:00
01/01/2010 - 13:00
The good folk of The Durnfords have challenged the good folk of The Woodfords to a football match to be held in Middle Woodford at 11am on Friday 1st January 2010.

Weather should be nice but cold. Grass is looking a little long in places so if anybody has a sit down mower that can take down some of the longest stuff - be my guest!

Durnford Parish Council EGM - Donation of cricket pitch to parish and £50k to build new pavilion

Extraordinary scens last night at an extraordinary meeting of the Durnford Parish Council with the largest attendance in living memory.

An EGM of Durnford Parish Council is to be held in Woodford Village Hall at 7pm on Friday 6th November 2009.

The reason for the EGM will be revealed at the meeting but I'm promised it will effect the residents of Great Durnford.

Computer Support using Skype

04/09/2009 - 12:41

The latest version of skype (download for free from www.skype.com) includes an option to share your screen with one of your contacts.

If you ever find yourself trying to explain over a phone how to use a computer then being able to see what your friend is doing will make it a hundred times easier. No more "the window's disappeared!", "I can't find a start button" or "there is no menu called File".
